A bellhop was NOWHERE to be found for over 45 minutes to check our bags! At 2:31pm, we received a message that our room was ready. As a start, our flight arrived in Las Vegas at 9am and we arrived at the hotel around 9:45am. Upon arrival there were multiple issues that transpired as soon as we walked into the door. We stayed in your Spa suite which was supposed to be the best room offered. Both my husband and I checked in for our anniversary last Saturday, February 27 and stayed one evening until February 28.
